C Harp and A Harp In this video I try to explain how one learns to properly execute and control the two-hole shake on a diatonic harmonica. It is a very recognizable, often enjoyed technique that is relatively easy to play. Just like anything else, though, it takes practice to get it right. I talk about the basics, speed control, bending while shaking, and using the shake as a part of your licks.
